Currently we do not provide full customisation order. However, we do provide minor customisation on our existing design such as hair length, colour and with our without glasses.
Most of the design come with complimentary calligraphy service. You may write down names or your best wishes to make it special for you loved ones.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or shortage of flowers and materials, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
We only have one default calligraphy style and our calligrapher will arrange the words accordingly.
Our products are meticulously hand crafted and produced in demand. Kindly allow 1 - 5 working days for your order to be ready for shipment.
About Preserved Flower
Preserved flower is made of fresh and natural flower. They are processed with a revolutionary technology to maintain their fresh appearance and texture for years.
During preservation process, the substances used are non-toxic and non-corrosive. Hence, they will not cause any negative health or environmental impacts.
1. Keep them indoor at temperatures below 35 °C. Best with air conditioning environment.
2. Do not water.
3. Do not expose to excessive heat or direct sunlight.
4. Avoid direct contact with wet substances.
5.Use dry tissue or brush gently remove the dust if any.

About Digital Art-Print
Digital art print does not have preserved flowers. It is a digital photography inkjet print on matter photo paper, 170gsm.

We engage third party courier companies to deliver the orders. Our coordinator will email you once your order is shipped along with the tracking number. You may track the shipping details through our website.
After shipment, an estimate for when you can receive your order, for:
West Malaysia: 1 - 3 working days
East Malaysia: 3 - 5 working days
Other Countries: at least 3 working days
Yes. We will notify you once the order is ready to be collected. Kindly make an appointment with our coordinator for your pick-up date and time through the email. Our office is open daily (except weekends), from 11am to 7pm.

Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you found any manufacturing defect/ damage caused by delivery process, we are happy to offer a full refund (excluding shipping fee) for any defective items that you have purchased from us.
Note: Products with customised calligraphy are non-refundable.
You can return a product within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment. Kindly send us an email to hello@lovelimzy.co with your order number, attached with the photo of defect(s).
Items must be returned with its original packaging. The value of returned goods will be credited to your billing account via Funds Transfer.
