Shipping policy
Normal Shipping
Our products are meticulously hand crafted and produced in demand. Kindly allow 1 - 5 working days for your order to be ready for shipment.
We engage third party courier companies to deliver the orders. Our coordinator will email you once your order is shipped along with the tracking number. You may track the shipping details through our website.
After shipment, an estimate for when you can receive your order, for:
- West Malaysia: 1 - 3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3 - 5 working days
- Other Countries: 3 working days or more
Self Collection
For self collection, we will notify you once the order is ready to be collected. Kindly make an appointment with our coordinator for your pick-up date and time through the email.
Self Collection: D6-1-7, D6 Sentul East, Jalan Sentul, 51000 KL.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery* is only available within Klang Valley area for specific products placed before 11am, you may choose your preferred delivery date above. If you need the flowers to be delivered on weekend, kindly place your order latest by Friday 5pm.
*Not available on Public Holiday
*Same Day Delivery available for Fresh Flower products only
Standard delivery takes place between 1pm - 6pm.
Time specification is not available.
If there's no preferred delivery date selected, kindly allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to be ready for shipment.
